PURPOSE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

1.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the conditions and procedure for the processing of Personal data of

Users using the Website. By providing their Personal data, the User also expresses Consent to the Data

Controller to collect, store, use, and disclose their Personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.2. These rules apply to the User each time they log in to the Website and/or purchase goods or

services from the Data Controller.

1.3. The Data Controller ensures the confidentiality of Personal data and takes necessary technical and

organizational measures to protect User data from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, alteration, or

destruction, or any other unlawful processing of data.

1.4. The provisions of this Privacy Policy are prepared, and Personal data on this Website is processed in

accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the Regulation.

TERMS USED

2.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy, meaning:

2.1.1. "Personal data" or "Data" means any information about an identified or identifiable natural

person (data subject).

2.1.2. "Data processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data

or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording,

organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by

transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction,

erasure, or destruction.

2.1.3. "Controller" is MB Scorpiono dekoras, email address orders@scorpiondecor.com, company

code: 306667384, address: M. K. Oginskio g. 11-3 Vilnius, Lithuania, a person who determines the

purposes and means of processing of data subjects' Personal data.

2.1.4. "Website"; is the website controlled by the Data Controller, whose address is

www.scorpiondecor.com.

2.1.5. "Privacy Policy" is this privacy policy, which sets out the basic rules for the collection,

accumulation, processing, and storage of Personal data by the Data Controller, applied to Users using

the Website.

2.1.6. "Regulation" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of

27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on

the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

2.1.7. "Cookies" are small text files containing a unique identification number, which are transferred

from the Website to the User's computer's hard disk, allowing the Data Controller to identify the User's

computer and track its activity on the internet.

2.1.8. "Consent"; means any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data

subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement

to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

2.1.9. "User" is a natural person (data subject) who has visited the Data Controller's Website and

provided their Personal data.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. In order for the Data Controller to properly provide its services, it collects the following Personal

data from the User:

3.1.1. Personal data provided by the User: name, surname, phone number, email address, delivery

address, other payment information (payment method, payment card number).

3.1.2. Automatically collected Data: Cookies are used on the Website to collect Data that reveals the

User's Website usage patterns or automatically prepared visit statistics. More information about

3.1.3. Data from third parties: if the User links to and logs into their account on their Website using

third-party service providers (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google), the Data Controller receives certain

information from this service provider, such as the User's registration and profile information.

3.1.4. Additional Data: with the User's separate Consent, the Data Controller also collects and processes

additional Data about the User that is not specified in this Privacy Policy.

4.1. The Data Controller undertakes to comply with the following principles of Personal data processing:

manner that is incompatible with those purposes (purpose limitation principle).

4.1.4. Data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date (accuracy principle).

4.1.5. Data is kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary

for the purposes for which the personal data are processed (storage limitation principle).

4.1.6. Data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including

protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or

damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures (integrity and confidentiality principle).

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

5.1. The Data Controller collects and processes User's Personal data for the following purposes:

5.1.1. To provide services to the User under agreements concluded with the Data Controller (provision

of services).

5.1.2. To ensure the functioning of the Website, improve its usability, and develop new features

(Website functionality).

5.1.3. For direct marketing purposes, such as sending personalized offers, newsletters, or other

information about products or services provided by the Data Controller, or its partners, by email, text

message, telephone or any other means of communication (direct marketing).

5.1.4. For the performance of statistical and other analyses based on anonymized data (statistical and

other analyzes).

5.1.5. To fulfill legal obligations (legal obligations).

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

6.1. The Data Controller processes Personal data in accordance with the Regulation on one or more legal

bases provided for in the Regulation:

6.1.1. Consent of the data subject to the processing of their Personal data for one or more specific

purposes (Consent).

6.1.2. Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in

order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Performance of a

contract).

6.1.3. Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is

subject (Legal obligation).

6.1.4. Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller

or by a third party (Legitimate interests).

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD

7.1. The Data Controller stores Personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the

Personal data are processed. The storage period for Personal data may vary depending on the purpose

of processing, the type of Personal data, and other factors. The storage periods for Personal data are

specified in the Personal Data Storage Rules.

7.2. Upon expiry of the Personal data storage period, the Data Controller will irretrievably delete and

destroy the Personal data.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT

8.1. The User, as the data subject, has the following rights related to the processing of their Personal

data:

8.1.1. The right to be informed about the processing of Personal data (right to be informed).

8.1.2. The right to access their Personal data (right of access).

8.1.3. The right to rectify inaccurate Personal data or complete incomplete Personal data (right to

rectification).

8.1.4. The right to erase Personal data ("right to be forgotten").

8.1.5. The right to restrict the processing of Personal data (right to restriction of processing).

8.1.6. The right to object to the processing of Personal data (right to object).

8.1.7. The right to data portability.

8.1.8. The right to withdraw Consent.

8.1.9. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

MEASURES USED TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

9.1. The Data Controller ensures the security of Personal data by implementing appropriate technical

and organizational measures to protect Personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction,

alteration, disclosure, as well as any other unlawful processing.

9.2. The Data Controller regularly assesses the risks associated with Personal data processing and takes

appropriate measures to manage and mitigate those risks.

9.3. The Data Controller ensures the confidentiality of Personal data and provides access to Personal

data only to those employees who need it to perform their duties.

FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. This Privacy Policy is subject to change. The Data Controller will inform the User about any changes

to this Privacy Policy by publishing an updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Website. Changes to

the Privacy Policy will take effect upon their publication on the Website. If the User does not agree with

the changes to the Privacy Policy, they should stop using the Website.

RETURNS

We always hope that the SCORPION DECOR products you purchase will be perfect for you and find their

place in your home. However, if things turn out differently, you can always return or exchange the item.

To exchange or return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

 The exchange or return period has not expired (read more below).

 The exchanged or returned items must be in perfect condition (read more below).

 Provide purchase documents (VAT invoice).

 To return items, contact us by email - orders@scorpiondecor.com.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

1. If the buyer changes their mind, the item can be returned to the Seller without stating the

reason for return. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods of appropriate quality listed

in paragraph 17 of the Retail Trade Rules, as well as goods sent to the Buyer according to an

individual order.

2. To return an item, you must inform us in writing of your decision, submitting a request for the

return of goods, specifying the reasons, and attaching payment confirmation, along with the

returned items.

3. Items can be returned within 14 days from the day you received them. If the end of the return

period falls on a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

4. The buyer covers the cost of returning the goods.

5. Money for the items will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days from the declaration of refusal

to purchase, but the refund may be delayed until the returned goods are received or proof that

they have been sent.

6. Items are returned in the original product and shipping packaging along with the product

documents. Items are returned to the address specified by the Seller. Before returning the

items, the buyer must contact the Seller by email orders@scorpiondecor.com.

7. The buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned item. Damaged

items must be packaged securely for safe transportation.

8. Items are not accepted back if they have been used and/or damaged and/or have lost their

commercial appearance (changes in the appearance of the item or its packaging necessary to

inspect the item are not considered essential changes in the appearance of the item).

9. In all cases of return, the buyer must first contact MB Scorpiono dekoras contacts and only after

receiving information from the company's employee proceed to return the items by courier or

bring them to the company's premises.

10. If the Buyer returns an item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item with the

applicable discount is refunded.

11. Items not liked by the Buyer due to shape, size, color, model, completeness (except for

exceptions provided for in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) are accepted from the Buyer

and exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the return of the item.

12. If an incorrect or defective item is returned, the Seller undertakes to collect such items and

replace them with suitable or quality items. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable

or quality items or the Buyer does not want these items, the Seller refunds the Buyer the money

paid for the items.

13. The Seller has the right not to accept items returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply

with the return procedure set out in this article.

14. Items of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the

Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of June

29, 2001."
